What is the point of this app? Constantly "fully booked", even days in advance.

Really professional standard service. Most drivers are mannerable, kind, patient and helpful. Rarely, there's a rude individual. I enjoy Addison Lee service so far and cannot complain. Efficient and reliable service. Keep up the good work!

Unfortunately this app is now useless. Every time I try and book a car in advance, no matter where to or from or at what time I get a message saying sorry we're fully booked in your area please try on an ASAP basis nearer the time. Not much good if you need a car to get somewhere for a specific time and date. I have held black status for several years and this will be the first time I won't get enough points for it to renew, very disappointing when I would have used more than enough cabs if they were actually available. Recent fare increases (20% VAT) also mean journeys are now too expensive to use for general purposes

The company accepts only Mercedes and a few others but not volvo's . I've got a volvo s90 new model. Its limousine style and has more space than Mercedes. The company policy is ridiculous. Disappointed!☹

Used to be brilliant. And then... Used to book AL cars through App, Web or by phone call. Now neither App nor Web accept bookings: "Sorry we're Fully Booked in your area for this time, pls try on ASAP basis..." This began months before Covid and still hasnt stopped. Tho Web is marginally better. No matter the input: different area, and/or advance booking time, same thing. Even calling: on hold for 10mins! A shame as 98% of AL Drivers I've used give 100% ...Oh how the mighty are fallen?

Car was about the arrive late by 40 minutes and received notification at the arrival time, having booked 3 hours ahead of time it is disappointing not to have received a notification sooner. 2 stars because customer service phone call was efficient.
